I LOVE my new waffle maker! I like the removable panels - they are held very securely in the case; They heat up evenly and cook food without visible hotspots. After using nonstick spray a few times I tried without and found I didn't even have to spray on the plates - the waffles came out fine. hot iron from a plastic tray. Allows "extended leveling" of the device during cooking. Like the ball arrangement; can twist and turn as needed. I love the durability of this machine; It has already gone through 2 drops (from me) and a 12 year old trying to put it back together after washing. I've used it at least a dozen times and it hasn't gotten worse. Overall I am VERY SATISFIED with my purchase and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a rotary waffle maker.
