This case comes with a large selection of nose pads, screws and a much needed tiny screwdriver (regular on one end and Phillips on the other). However, I had a unique problem: the screw got stuck in the turret and I couldn't get it out. The seller sent me pictures of what needed to be done and still offered to refund my purchase if I prefer OR send him my glasses for repair for FREE! At first I wasn't sure I felt safe sending my very expensive prescription glasses to someone I'd never met or worked with, but I took the risk and it paid off! He continued to communicate with me and even sent me photos of my glasses being repaired and a photo of the shipping label after putting them back in the box to return them to me. By the way, he completed the repair and got them back in the mail the same day they arrived at his shop (I tracked the delivery)! Here is a reliable seller!
