Great for any cook - Meat
If you don't want to over dry your pork or chicken, all you have to do is measure the temperature. I have several instant read thermometers. This Fate so far seems solid enough to withstand repeated use and deliver accurate temperatures. I have had problems with the sensor in the past and am concerned about this unit.
