Small size Compared to other sellers

I bought this tin because another seller's 8oz tin was too small. 8 ounce glass. As a test, I filled both jars with 8 ounces of water and filled both just below the strings on the lid, so the 10 ounce jar really only holds 8 ounces. As a further test, I added another 2 ounces and the glass was filled to the brim, if not overflowing. So the usable capacity of a 10 ounce can is actually 8 ounces. Filling up to 10 ounces only makes a mess when filling the jar, moving it around without the lid, or squeezing the sides slightly.
