wrong design fits plain collars
This collar was bought to replace an old version which I was afraid might break with our new dog. Used it several times with little success. I was walking the dog today and the dog had trouble pulling on the leash. Accidentally noticed the collar was loose. Upon closer inspection, the metal ring holding the two ends together actually bends and pulls apart under stress, allowing one end to slip off and our dog could almost break free. Our dog is not that big, 45 pounds and a puppy.
