The product came quickly and met expectations. I have used Lepro for many projects and have never had a single error. However, the customer support for some of the technicalities required to set it up was terrible. They don't have people who respond in a timely manner or have a basic understanding of the product. They urge you to email which is fine but if they reply and ask for more info then I assume if you reply within 4 hours they won't take another 24 hours. I didn't answer the question and have now been participating in the tech support email exchange once a day for several days. It looks like the support person just works the same 1 hour period every day. So be careful when tweaking something in a project as it can be difficult to get an answer.
