I love this product. I bought it (both 40-inch and 60-inch versions) for two reasons: to keep my long wool coats from gathering dust in the warmer months when not in use, and to make my shirts easy to pack up but still hang The compact ones The nature of the pockets helps maximize closet storage space. You need 60 inch pockets for long coats, while 40 inch pockets work well for shirts and blazers. You can fit up to 7 shirts in a bag if you use a regular bag and thinner hangers, but I wouldn't go any bigger. For woolen coats, I prefer one per bag, but you can do two per bag, even with big hangers (the ones with broad shoulders). The bag itself seems a bit thicker (and therefore stronger) than the garment bags you get in stores after buying a suit - they even seem thicker than my SuitSupply bags and they are decent quality. I assume it will be around the hole where the hanger comes out so don't push too hard. Expected given the low price but they seem to be much more durable than I expected. Perfect for closet storage or even road trips, but I don't think you should travel with them on a plane (not even on the top shelf). These bags and the thinnest of garment pockets are not designed for this type of abrasion. When I received them I immediately bought another set as I really liked them.
