Convenient. It comes in two pieces and some assembly required, ONLY if you want to hang it on a cabinet door or something, otherwise you can just let it sit on a counter top or screw into a wall. I only had plans to hang it so I had to assemble the two items. I had some difficulty aligning the two holes with the prongs, but with a little help with my pointed pliers, I got the job done.
