The Surviveware Online Store: A Frustrating Journey Through the Internet Wilds

The online shop of Surviveware may seem like a good place to start preparing for an outdoor adventure, but you should not be fooled. You might as well go on a hike in the woods without a plan or compass and expect to find your way back home. Their website is disorganized and difficult to navigate, making it frustrating to try to locate specific information. And if you do make it through all that confusion, you won't find anything particularly remarkable in the final goods. The prices are outrageous, and the craftsmanship is subpar, at best. Their support for existing customers is also weak. Try as you might, getting a response from their staff in the event of a problem is highly unlikely. attempting to do so is like attempting to light a fire with damp kindling. Their shipping is also very sluggish and unreliable, which only adds insult to injury. You have no idea if or when your purchase will arrive, and it's like trying to find your way through a thick fog. In general, I was not satisfied with my time spent shopping at Surviveware's website. It's like starting a long journey only to remember in the middle that you didn't bring a plan or compass. Don't go through the hassle; get what you need for your outdoor activities elsewhere.
