The belt is quite comfortable and fits well if you adjust the belt to your size. My waist is 26.5", so not much adjustment needed as the strap is the smallest and you roll more of the strap down the sides until you get the right fit. The pocket easily fits my phone in a silicone case, a travel pack of tissues and lip balm. However, my phone is smaller. It's impractical, unnecessary and looks like a lake Quiet and non-removable, but there's a cut down the middle of the label under the strap.
