I live in a ground floor apartment and I want some sunshine but also privacy and this is the solution. Allows me to leave the curtains open and let the sun into my living room and kitchen with total privacy. I only use them on the bottom half of the window. I think the installation was pretty easy. Cut and wet the window with some soapy water. Then squeeze out the air bubbles. Think of a cell phone screen protector, only on a much larger scale. I ended up using a credit card to squeeze out the air bubbles and there were plenty of them. but after a few days the ones I didn't receive are gone. They have been on the window since I received them and have not fallen off or rebounded on their own. I would recommend them to those who want to let in some light while maintaining their privacy. Remember that people cannot see inside and you cannot see outside.
