Review on Magnfi by Mido Taylor

I love how easy it was to use & get started with this product--it's actually really intuitive! The only thing about MagnFi so far has been setting up each individual person profile photo for when you're recording their videos/testimonial (personally). That may not be as big an issue once we have more clients but just know at first glance all of our profiles are looking good :) This makes creating content much easier than other products out there like ova word. We've found many businesses don't realize they can create great customer testimonies using nothing more then a phone or computer camera. There are no special effects needed which helps keep costs down because most people already own these items anyway. I like how easy it is to capture customer input and put together a video for customers. I also like that you can upload photos as well. The software does not work well with our website or mobile apps (iOS) so we have to use the desktop version. We are looking at other options but haven't found anything yet. Would be great if they could get their act together. Capturing customer feedback and testimonials has been easier than ever before. Customers love the videos!
