Review on 🏋️ Enhance Performance and Stability with Adidas Adizero Speedwrap Ankle Brace by Alex Tinker

I ordered large and medium because medium was too tight. In the photo in my review, a modification of a medium-sized braces. I had to remove the center piece, make two holes and tie them together because it was too tight and damaged the arch of the foot. The big one felt comfortable but not consistent and I didn't feel like my ankle was supported. These bandages have a strong plate that supports the lateral malleolus and gives it more stability. If you have a high instep or wide foot, this brace has an oddly tight fit. They should also have an adjustable bow strap. I wear a women's size 7 1/2 wide and the medium one was too tight and technically it should be a men's size 6 or so. I'm only sticking with it for the plate that stabilizes the ankle; I haven't found this on most neoprene braces and it helps with alignment.
