These shoes looked so good at first but when my daughter used them in class they ripped the second time she wore them to class. The buckle is so loose that my daughter was embarrassed when her shoe came off her foot during a tap dance class. I regret the purchase. I should have invested in more durable shoes. I couldn't return it as I bought it in September to prepare for classes in mid-October. When the buckle came loose I didn't have a date for my return so I'm keeping it and living with my regrets. The shoes are still very new but unusable. I wouldn't buy them if I was looking for a tap dance.
