The product works quite well. Improvements to consider: 1: The handle should be bent so that it is away from the wall. When tightening the narrow board, the handle snaps onto the handle on the wall, preventing the tool's ratchet from loosening2: the nut holding the hinge bolt loosens. I have removed this nut and put it back on the pivot bolt many times.
