We have a small colony of wildlife in the garden. We provide them with food and shelter every day, but we live in Michigan and it's cold here. We bought this heating pad for kittens. We put two layers of foam insulation on the garage floor and then an old wool blanket and we have animal fur bedding and a t-shirt like fluffy texture and these items are placed on top of a heating pad. I hope they are warmer than just lying on the blanket. The pillow gets warm but not hot, perfect for what we wanted it for.
