The best thing about gerrit is that it's free, open source software which can be used to host your own private git repositories with its inbuilt features like reviewing changes before merging them into master branch or other branches. It also has some nice plugins available as well which one could use to enhance their experience while using this tool. I have been working on gerrit since last 3 years and i find nothing much wrong with it but there are few things which need improvement over here. There should be more tutorials made available online so that users get familiarized easily with the tool. Also, gerrit support team needs to work harder in order to provide better customer service. As of now, gerrit is my favorite way to manage all our projects' development codes and merge requests. We've been able to keep track of all our project's.
