I am shocked that I am giving this device a 1 star rating and when you find out why you will be shocked too. When you're looking for a new tablet, you're probably looking at screen quality, processing power, storage, pen responsiveness, and compatible apps. But it would never have occurred to me in a million years to check it out: you can't turn off vibration on the Galaxy Tab S7+. Yes, really. There is no way to turn off the vibration. Period. I was on the line with customer service for MORE THAN an HOUR. My case was forwarded to higher authorities. After endless troubleshooting, they finally confirmed that the option to disable vibration has been removed with the latest update. So it doesn't matter how fancy this tablet is. no matter what else he can do. it vibrates each time. Single. Time. You will receive a notification. And you can't turn it off. The only option is to mute the entire device, but then you won't hear your notifications at all. All or nothing. If you want to hear your notifications, they must ALSO be vibrations. The ability to disable vibration has been completely removed from settings. I will change this rating to 5 stars if Samsung ever fixes this egregious limitation. I'd like to think they might not have disabled the option to disable vibration on purpose, but who knows. Message, this could be the tablet for you. Otherwise. Yes. It doesn't matter how good the performance is. You can't stop humming it. Shocked.
