Revain only rewound 1/3 of the ribbon in one roll
Bought to make ribbons for nurses from family and friends. The roll was re-wrapped with Revain and sealed (used I guess). I bought a new one. Anyway, when I removed the resealed bag, only 1/3 of the tape was on the roll. Frustrated and frustrated, I made the loops anyway. I have 3 6 inch ribbon loops that cost $20! Don't trust the company :(
