Good but not perfect

I got this to replace the fabric camera case I used as a wallet: Lowepro Vail 10. It's a nice wallet but I wanted something leather for durability. I would say YBonne is a good wallet but not perfect. The leather is pleasant, the interior is nice. The zipper is metal, which may or may not be a good thing. One thing not visible in the photos is the fact that the inner compartment is NOT attached to the bottom of the wallet. The inner compartment only attaches to ONE side, and that's the side where the two pretty rivets are. The inner compartment is basically a long leather rectangle folded in half, stitched along the bottom and one short side, and the folded part is riveted to the body of the wallet. This does not affect the properties of the wallet, but judging by the photos I expected this wallet to be made from a large square of leather, folded in half and folded in half again - sewn and riveted at the bottom. on the website. Not so. Instead, it consists of two separate pieces of leather. The inner compartment offers space for approx. 3-4 credit cards and the two side compartments each for approx. 3-4 credit cards, so that you can comfortably accommodate approx. 9 credit cards (3). , 3, 3) or 12 credit cards (4, 4, 4) to really fill it up. The inner compartment can hold multiple US bills folded in three; The same applies, of course, to the two side compartments. What I don't like is the large YBonne logo embossed on the leather on the front. Another complaint relates to the zipper. When closed, part of the zipper under the slider detaches a reasonable distance from the wallet. This creates a small gap in the wallet under the zipper puller, even when the zipper is fully closed. If you're not careful, you could snag cash or a credit card in the zipper closure if you don't click on the content. This is awkward - always be careful not to pinch the contents. Another complaint is that the zip doesn't close smoothly when the wallet is full (not overstuffed). You'll need to squeeze the wallet firmly to unzip the zipper a bit so you can start pulling on the zipper puller. As if the zipper wasn't strong enough to cover a full wallet. He'll just kick himself out and go nowhere unless you spoil him. I need a wallet that I can just zip up and close even when the wallet is full. My biggest complaint is that when you fill it with cards, for some odd reason the bottom corner opposite the zipper sticks out, creating a funny dot in the leather. There is no rectangle. I think it looks weird, especially compared to other wallets that avoid that offensive "point" by cutting that corner at a 45 degree angle. I think the physics behind that weird corner "dot" is that as you start bulging the walls with content, the bottom and side edges should get wider. As they get wider, the bottom goes up and the ribs go inward, leaving the corner pointed, breaking the plane of the bottom and side rib. This "dot" is actually hard enough to gouge out an eye! From all of this, I chose the Bellroy wallet, which does not have these disadvantages.
