Very poor craftsmanship
Many of my 8" tires had spots that were chipped or bent/deformed so the overall shape was not a true "round" shape. even to the untrained eye. I would never use them for my embroidery business. It may be ok to use them for decoration or other purposes, but please stay away from them in a professional setting or as a gift. I was so disappointed in their quality. And it wasn't just one or two that looked weird, they all had the same imperfections in roughly the same area of the tire, so it may have looked like a design issue. :(
