If you are used to wearing Lululemon I would definitely go down a size. It's a very cute sports bra, but when I wear it, it gapes a bit. Next time I buy from this brand I will remember to go down a size. The material is really good and thick. I find yoga/walking better than running. Not as supportive as some of my other sports bras but totally fine for less stressful workouts and I think going down a size would be even better. For the record, I weigh 119 pounds, am 5 feet 6 inches tall and of average height.
