Very good CRM Tool with simple to use features
It's very easy for me as an admin user in my organization that I can manage all contacts from one single place.
You have multiple modules available like email notifications etc which will help you keep track of your customer interactions easily through this tool. There are no other cons I found while working here so far but it would be great if they could add more customization options or even better UI/UX enhancements over there product line. This software has helped our sales team immensely during campaigns where we need mass communication within few hours' time span at times when data was not sufficient enough otherwise via emails alone!

- Admin side is pretty much simple, just click & go approach works best.
- Email Notifications module comes handy sometimes (for ecommerce sites)
- Good support services provided by their staffs too :)
Cons
- Nothing really except maybe some minor bugs with new versions.
- No major features added since last 2 years
