The two interchangeable rollers are great for massaging sore legs, but the third shock roller doesn't really do anything, so I rarely use them. I really like this product but my only complaint is that if I push too hard while using the rollers the handles fall off the handle so I have to put it back on and it's not easy to retighten. I see this could become an issue in the future if the grip loosens and the bar no longer holds.
