Shipping and packaging excellent. When they contacted tech support, they responded and answered my questions. I should have asked my questions before buying. I was very lucky to get 32GB of RAM on the 1866. I am using a Gygabite board with an FX8350 processor. I installed both 16GB sets I bought because I was planning on running 32GB on 1866. I installed all 32GB and my computer started up with no problems except running to 1600. Then I rebooted and logged into the BIOS. I installed XPM and restarted before it failed to start. I watched a lot of videos and learned all about how to set it up manually instead of using xmp and not uploading every time. So I reset my bios to the optimized defaults and rebooted. As it turns out, if I'm ever going to run 32GB at 1866 rpm, I'll need DDR4 RAM with a new motherboard and a new Ryzen processor. I found out after contacting Gygabite support. I've been told the only way to run 1866 is 16GB and no more. They said 1 flash drive for 8GB in one channel and 1 flash drive for 8GB in another channel. Then I could enable xmp. but never with 4 sticks or 2 sticks in the same channel set. In short I have all 32 GB but at 1600. My board is GB-970A-DS3p-FX. My processor is FX8350 8 cores, 8 threads, 4.3 GHz.
