broken and bad design for me
I am angry that I received the previously returned iron. This does not heat up at all and there was water in the tank when the box was opened. I wonder how many times this item has been shipped and returned? Aside from the fact that this one doesn't work at all, I've decided that I really don't like the fog trigger where it's located. If I could use it, I'd be sweating and steaming my clothes all the time. I just want to be able to use the steam boost function without the fog trigger getting in the way. Not the best design for me.
