Not so happy with the in ear headphones

I thought they were great when I first got them but thought I should wait before trying them out just like that. about 5 weeks they are charged but do not work. They tell me the battery life is too low or something. 2nd pair and trying to find an affordable, useful alternative that will hopefully be more durable.
