Doesn't work with windows 10

camera comes fast but i'm currently using windows 10 on my desktop. The camera is advertised as "plug and play". I connected the camera to the USB port and I can't get the camera to work! I tried everything I could think of, but I couldn't get this camera to work with my current Windows 10 system. I cannot rate the camera for installation and quality and use it if it doesn't work.
