The first one I received was damaged. It wasn't recognized by any device but turned on so it was replaced by the seller. Fast forward a year later and suddenly the PS4 stopped reading it. I've tried all the fixes and it seems like the hard drive isn't working. It still turns on, but I don't get an error message or anything. Since I received it, it's been lying on a flat surface without moving, so it's not a physical damage issue. You'll probably just get a different brand. Otherwise I had no problems as long as it actually worked.
