In theory good for graters, peelers and slicers
Although this tool works and cuts bananas, it tends to get stuck once closed and can be difficult to open without fear to cut his hand. It is almost impossible to clean it completely. I put it in the dishwasher, hand washed and let it soak. It still holds residue around the edges of the plastic, which makes me nervous about using it again and again. Definitely nothing cuts harder than a soft banana!
