Great for keeping track of employee email
I like that It allows me to view all emails sent or received by my contacts. It also gives me the option of deleting them. I dislike how it takes a long time to load. Sometimes it freezes up and gets stuck. Also, you cannot see who has viewed your emails and when they did it. It's a great tool if you want to keep an eye on what's going on with your employees. I use it to keep tabs on my employees as to what they're doing and who they are talking to. It's also helpful to know who's been looking at my documents.

- With this application everyone from any location anywhere around world could find out EXACTLY which people were available via Email without having those contact information stored elsewhere such Microsoft outlook mail app itself
