The ability for us as an organization to bill our customers in one place instead of multiple places was great! It also made it easy when we needed help from customer service because they were able to see everything at once rather than having several phone calls back-and forth trying to figure out what happened or who did something wrong (which happens often). I don't like how there are so many different options you can add onto your account which makes tracking things very difficult sometimes if not impossible without going into each section individually by hand -.- We used this software mainly just to track invoices but now have realized its usefulness overall since some sections require more input then others do depending upon where someone works within my department/company etc.. Tracking bills has been much easier using softactsic laboratory's services compared to other companies i've dealt with before such as Sage Software Inc., Quick.
