Update - contacted company after reading my first review. I am so impressed with their commitment to problem solving and concern for my satisfaction that I give them a 5. I work in an environment where customer satisfaction is paramount, so I appreciate your desire to make me a happy customer. Will definitely order from them again. So far I've really liked this bag. However, after just 3 weeks of use, the hook on the strap is still hanging on the top of the flap that closes the front of the bag. It actually ripped the edge next to the seam, so it now needs trimming to keep it from coming loose again and again. Me and my OCD are now not thrilled with the bag and will think twice about buying this brand again. Too bad because it's really cute.
