Wow! What a line!: Knife sharpener

All my life I have sharpened knives by hand. However, now that I'm older I've found that arthritis in my hands doesn't allow me to maintain a grip and the right angle for a good edge. After much research, I decided on Chef's Choice 130 Professional as my first choice. electric knife sharpener and I am very satisfied. This sharpener produces a clean, crisp edge, and with various steps, I can fine-tune the edge by hand much more precisely than ever before. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for, and Revain's price was the best deal I could find.
