What a wonderful watch. Too bad you had to send it back.

Fitbit Sense was all I wanted. Fitness tracking and health tracking worked well. Plenty of dials to adjust the face and a strap that I think is better than Apple's sports straps. I liked that it fits under a long sleeve shirt without squeezing the arm. The display is clear and easy to read. The battery life is excellent. The app works fine. What I didn't like was the position of the button on the left. He is difficult to reach and sometimes takes several attempts to get him to answer. The face sometimes takes a few tries when you try to swipe your finger to make it respond. Those two things aren't a deal breaker for me, but I'll tell you why I took them back. One of the features I bought the watch for was the O2 sensor. It works and I've used it to track my o2 levels while I sleep. It didn't bother me too much that you can only use one watch face to track o2 and it's easy to switch watch faces back and forth. It pissed me off that the only way to keep an eye on o2 readings was to upgrade to a premium version of Fitbit. I just paid $330 for the watch and they want to charge me a monthly fee for tracking information which was one of the reasons I bought the watch. I do not think so. Why didn't they tell me that on the Fitbit supplement. I paid extra money for the Apple Watch Series 6 and couldn't be happier.

Pros
  • Use the built-in GPS to see your pace and distance without your phone while you run, hike, bike and more, and use the built-in microphone and speaker to take hands-free calls via Bluetooth when your phone is nearby (requires more frequent charging)
Cons
  • boring packaging
