Review on Stylish and Convenient: BLACK+DECKER BCF5201R 52-Inch 3-Bladed Brushed Nickel Ceiling Fan with Remote Control, Silver by Jessica Rodriguez

I bought two of these at once and installed the first with no problems. When I opened the second, the ball of light shattered. Revane said I would have to return both fans to get a replacement, which was quite inconvenient since the other was already installed. I called Black and Decker directly and although it took a few months and three separate phone calls, they eventually sent a replacement. Once I had the glove on I just turned on the fan and found that the remote control and remote control didn't work. I contacted Black and Decker directly again and this time I had to call twice but the parts arrived quickly. I haven't installed the new parts yet, but I gave this item a 4 because, despite some effort on my part, Black and Decker worked with me to make sure I got all the parts I need. Once installed, the fans look great.
