Complete junk and does absolutely nothing. You still smell the chlorine, and our town doesn't use chloramine, and that's the excuse you'll hear. Oh wrong answer! Thing doesn't work and isn't made in America it seems. It has a foreign name at the top, not the advertised one. You can watch it and see that it only circulates to the top few inches of the filter unless it fills up. If I had a way to inject a temporary dye I would make a video to show it doesn't work. I took a bath and didn't use the shower, and it did the same thing as when the shower was on. I should have known the water softener was too good to be true for this cheap one. After further research, this couldn't filter out enough to make a difference. Do yourself a favor and save up for a real one because this is complete junk and a waste of money! Not to mention a bat!
