Effective but short-lived
I bought this device for relief after heel surgery. It was effective in relieving pain and appeared to aid in healing. However, after 8 months it stopped working. Two days ago I couldn't turn it off, but when I plugged it in to charge it stopped vibrating and wouldn't turn back on. I had to throw it away. Keep in mind that while this can be effective, it won't last as long as you need it to.
