I LOVE this backpack even more than my little one (although she's starting to get the idea now that she's 2 years old). It's too amazing for words. However, I would not recommend it for adults (e.g. as a diaper bag). I used it as a day pack for a walk to the park, packing diapers, clothes, snacks, drinks and a small ball, and my armpits were bleeding red in about thirty minutes. It's quite uncomfortable on adult shoulders as the shoulder strap is only partially padded (to the point where small shoulders hit). So if worn by a medium sized adult (maybe even small), start the rougher part of the straps around the armpit and rub them raw. Although perfect for narrow shoulders. And so cute again.
