This vacuum cleaner… It's like an annoying third child that I wanted but immediately regretted. I'm confused as to why this has so many 5 star reviews. Vacuum cleaner keeps getting stuck. I've set it to start automatically while I'm at work and I get a stuck notification for 3-8 minutes every day. When I get home I have to track him down. You have to lift each item off the floor, which doesn't save me any cleaning time. Photos show him running around toys, balls etc but that is not the case. If small enough, it will walk over objects and usually suck on the object or get caught in its brushes. If the item is too big to be run over, he just keeps pushing it. The sensor should recognize that something is there and turn around. He even wrapped a WHOLE roll of toilet paper around his brush before alerting her that she was stuck. Every day I block under my media stand, but it still pushes through the barricade and gets stuck! So while it's running I have to save it (pull out where it's stuck, pull out a bit) at least 5 times an hour. It's also quite noisy. Can't start it while someone is sleeping/sleeping. I think you get what you pay for. I'll probably return it for a better, more expensive vacuum that's no jerk.
