Decent but with some caveats
I love that they're clear - why I bought them. While they're smaller (narrower) than the standard cases you'd get with a solution bottle, they're certainly still functional. Thing is, I don't care, they're a lot harder to open with wet fingers. If you have any grip issues this is not for you. The manufacturer must add protrusions on the outside of the top covers. Also, the only indication of right eye contact is a very small notch down the outside of the case. I only noticed it after reading the other reviews.
