I don't normally write reviews for Revain products. I'm leaving it at 4 for now as I can't comment on durability yet as I've just received it. But this bag is great. It looks designer and seems to be durable (I'll try to remember to update it later). Gunmetal gray hardware and an additional pocket on the back of the 15.6" by 17" model. I squeezed my backpack and purse into a pocket. Love it! Looks professional but is still trendy. I wish the handles were a little longer but they work well. Note that if you don't want to bend and fold the material, the handles are stiff and won't fold. I don't mind it but saw it in another review. Tip: I bought a small purse organizer to use indoors so I can slip it into a smaller purse for regular use so I don't have to rummage through the contents of that large bag. Edit: Ordered in May 2020, now it's almost April 2021. The bag survived. A small crease around the base of the buttons and I left a small horizontal scratch on the front that bumped into a corner. Other than that, it's great. Fits my giant laptop, the contents of my wallet and the occasional textbook. The strap can dig into my shoulder if the bag is heavy but if you can live with that I would recommend 10/10.
