After burning my original lid by accidentally placing it on the still hot fryer I can't think of anything else but a replacement. Glad I found this and it's perfect for a 7 inch fryer. At around $6, it's up to you to decide how much a fryer replacement costs starting at $25. Since my air fryer still works well and was a gift I wanted to keep it. The quality is almost the same as the original.
