Awkward shaped blade for kitchen use.
Probably of some use if you have to butcher a large animal but in the kitchen, it is too large for anything you are likely to prepare for dinner. The curved blade requires a completely different knife skill to slice, dice, etc. At best, a novelty that will find a place in the back of some drawer in the kitchen.
- I bought this as a gift for my husband. He likes it and says it’s the perfect size and weight.
- Makes a tick noise when you shake the handle
