The product is working, but I will not repeat the purchase for sure.

The scanner in the S9 worked quickly and accurately, it would be better if they left it until the new technology was brought to mind.

8. Battery. It is not enough, 3400 mAh is critically insufficient to work for the whole day. Statistics in the phone shows no more than 5 hours of screen operation. By the middle of the day or in the evening it is already necessary to go to charge, until the night he does not survive at all. They could put 4100 mAh here and the phone would live much longer, to the envy of everyone else!

9. Screen sensitivity and touch layer. For some reason, on all Samsungs, when you type text, typos constantly occur, and when you type on iPhones, there are almost no typos, the screen sensor works much more clearly and quickly there. You can compare it yourself to take and quickly type a message on any Samsung and on any iPhone. On an iPhone, you will almost never have typos. There, the system somehow catches the zone on which the finger lay more and does not press neighboring letters, and with the Samsung there are constant typos in the text.

10. Fragile screen - any fall and it will go crazy as well as your wallet .

Without Trade-in, I would not have bought it for $970, this is too high a price for such a smartphone, it is not worth that kind of money.
It was only because they gave the S10 a $550 discount on my old S9 plus a $130 coupon that this deal made any sense. Because now the maximum I could sell my S9 for is $350, and so he went to trade-in for $550.

Pros

I will write in advance that I have a version of Samsung S10 on Sanapdragon 855, bought in the USA. Pros: 1. Faster and more stable operation of the device compared to S9 (snap 845), programs run faster and work more stable, less lags and brakes. 2. More programs are in the background and do not close like on s9, which really did not have enough RAM. 3. A wide-angle camera is just super, finally Samsung thought of putting it on, LG has had such cameras for a long time. 4. Slightly more autonomy compared to S9. But not impressive. Only 5 hours of screen operation MAXIMUM. 5. Good loud speakers, slightly better than on the S9.

Cons

Well, now the MINUSES, there will be a LOT of them! Let's go: 1. Screen (1). It remained exactly the same as on the S9, almost nothing has changed. He became a little yellower and that's it. Its brightness is slightly LESS than on s9 and MUCH less than on iPhone X, XS, XS MAX. In the sun with dark glasses, the screen is very hard to see, auto-brightness with the super-brightness mode does not help because it works slowly, stupidly, not constantly, and on every shadow or without direct sunlight immediately cuts down the screen brightness, which creates severe discomfort. If you don't believe me, take your iPhone X and S10, go outside, turn up the brightness to the maximum, put on your sunglasses and try to use them. It's the wildest paradox that Samsung makes OLED panels for the iPhone. Samsung, make such a manual maximum brightness at least like on iPhones! 2. Screen (2). This ridiculous hole in the screen is a complete technological impotence of Samsung, why disfigure the screen if you could make a camera in a frame on top or bottom? There is plenty of space and the size of the frames would be enough for the camera. At worst, it would be possible to make a sub-screen camera where part of the matrix under the screen would simply open under the display at the moment when the camera is needed. This hole in the screen is a fat minus for this phone. 3. Screen (3). It is high time to make the screen refresh rate at least 90 FPS. How many years have these miserable 60 FPS in smartphones. On the iPad PRO 2gen, the screen works in 120 FPS mode. And 120 FPS looks great, the movements are alive, the picture is beautiful and smooth. Where is the innovation in Samsung smartphones in what really matters? 4. Chambers (1). Cameras in terms of photo quality are no better than on the S9, and in terms of clarity even WORSE than in the LG V20. Also, for some reason, a wide-angle camera can NOT record video at 60 fps! Wake up Samsung! Cameras on LG have been writing at 60 fps for many years! 5. Cameras (2). There is no pro mode for video recording! There is no pro mode for taking photos on a wide-angle camera! Again, even on OLD LG there is a pro mode for both photos and videos on a wide-angle camera!

Pros: 1. Housing materials. 2. Bright, juicy screen. 3. Cameras are great. 4. Performance (thanks for 855 snapdragon). 5. Comfortably lies in the hand. Has some cons 1. Weak battery (3400 mAh only lasted for 1 day) 2. Inappropriate Bixby key - a service that does not work in 2022.
