Microscope is required to read directions

Microscope is essential to read directions. I'm trying to figure out how to check the calibration and the printout is so small. But it starts when the probe is unfolded, and the red LED indicator is easy to read. I'm not sure about the response time yet. That may be fine, but I need to read the instructions.
