Great, heavy bags. Wish they had the a little smaller.

These bags seem great. I’m using them for storing reeks of 3D printer filament. For materials like PLA that don’t have as much issue with moisture absorption I just store them in these, put in a pack of desiccant and press extra air out. Storing filaments like PLA in vacuum bags with desiccant seems overkill. I reserve those for things like ABS and PETG that are really moisture sensitive.The reels fit fine in these bags but they are really too long and there is a bunch of extra bag that gets in the way. I wish this product was available in a 12 x 12 inch version that would be big enough to hold the reels without a lot of leftover, but I couldn’t find any 4 mil bags that size on Ebay.

Pros

These small bags are great for packaging jewelry, beads, coins etc. The white block allows for easy labeling.

Cons

May be difficult to open or close for those with mobility or dexterity issues

These I purchased for pill pack use for vacation. They were flimsy. When I went to open the closure the bag ripped, this happened with several of them. They are way close and stay closed but I wouldn''t use them for anything wet, or to prevent something from getting wet. I think they would be perfect for craft supplies (beads etc) to be sorted.
