Review on StovePop Stainless Popcorn VICTORIO VKP1160 by Jill Bennett

I ordered two of these just over a year ago. We usually make popcorn several times a month, so the popcorn maker is rarely used. Each pot was enough for about 10-15 servings of popcorn when the stirring mechanism failed. I just emailed the company to see if they have updated the movement and will be replacing mine. I'll update this when I get a reply from them. This is a great pan and when working properly it makes popcorn very well. Update: I received an email within 30 minutes of sending my email. I sent pictures of broken parts to Kimberly and we discussed the issue over the phone. She explained that the swivel mechanism has been improved and is covered by a lifetime warranty. Today she sends spare parts. Kim was very friendly and helpful. I have upgraded my product rating from one star to three. To date I would give the company five stars for the quick response and resolution of the issue. When I fit new parts and use it for a while I will update my review again.
