I had no experience with rear wheel bearings before but watched YouTube videos about the traditional manual method. do and decided I didn't want to try it. Someone mentioned a bearing seal and had one of those. This worked exactly as expected. It was initially difficult to remove the white plunger for first use, but I eventually removed it to fit the lube inside. The spring below eventually came loose from the plunger (not sure if that's normal) and I haven't tried putting it back on yet, but it will probably be fine.
