GREAT tablet for hobbyists and beginners.

Before I spend that much money on something, I go crazy researching and comparing different items. I must have spent hours doing reviews and comparisons before settling on this tablet. Let me tell you I'm NOT disappointed. The build quality is excellent. It's firm but not too heavy. Easy to handle, works great on the included stand and works great on your lap too. Also, it doesn't look like a laptop and doesn't generate any noticeable heat. The matte screen protector goes well with the included pens and tips and protects your screen from glare. This is my first tablet and I am completely satisfied with it. The only minor criticism I have is the driver software. It's pretty generic and could use a bit of polish, but it works and does what it's supposed to. Installation was very easy, just follow the instructions. Make sure you go into the driver, go to "Monitor Display" and select Artisul D16 for the pen to work on the tablet. An added benefit is that it acts as a second monitor for your PC or laptop when you're not using it for drawing. Accuracy is very good, there is very little parallax. There are also virtually no lags. It does NOT support tilt, but honestly it doesn't matter unless you're a pro and you're probably better off using a different tablet. I hope that when you're about to make a purchase, you'll just pull the trigger. You will not be disappointed. Make sure you have enough space on your desk as it takes up a lot of space. That's all I can say now. Hope that helps.
